L&T Build India Scholarship Scheme 2017 for M. Tech

Larsen & Turbo Limited (L&T) announces Build India Scholarship 2017 for engineering graduates interested in pursuing M.Tech in Construction Technology in IIT Delhi, Madras and NIIT (Surathkal, Trichy) and developing themselves as Project Managers L&T Build India Scholarship 2017. L&T Build India Scholarship Notification 2017 has been announced The scholarship reinforces L&T Construction’s keenness to enhance industry-academic interface The 24-month course will commence from July 2017

Duration: For 24-month

On successful completion of the M.Tech: The selected candidates are absorbed in regular employment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scheme

Educational Qualifications:

First-class graduates with the following consistent academic record:
- 10th Standard: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
- 12th Standard: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
- 10 in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering who will pass out in 2017 from a recognized Indian University/Institute

Age: Not more than 23 years as on 01st July 2017

Minimum Height: 160 Cm

Minimum Weight: 50 Kg

Eye Vision: Candidate if wearing glasses, the power should be less than ± 5.0 dioptres

Selection Process:

Involves Written Test (Subject Test & Aptitude Test) & Interview conducted by NT (Madras/ Delhi) and NIT (Surathkal /Trichy) in co-ordination with L&T Construction Final selection will be subject to the candidate's medical fitness.

ScholarshipRewards:
For the 24-month course, L&T will pay candidates a stipend of Rs 13,400/- per month as well as sponsorship and tuition fee to IITs/NITs (Please note, more IITs/NITs may join the scheme)

Undertaking: Before the course, selected candidates will have to execute an undertaking for a value of Rs.3.0 Lakhs to complete the course and subsequently, if selected for an employment, to serve the company for five more years
